First time visit to Sunnyvale Foreign Car Service for my Toyota Highlander. It was a great experience. I dropped off my car in the morning and was offered a ride back to work if needed. I had already explained what was happening with my vehicle when I made the appointment so when I checked in, Matt explained what they would look at and that I would receive a call after they had a chance to look at it. About 1 hour later, I received in detail what they found and the options I have along with the cost of each. Didn't feel any pressure to make a decision and could tell he was considering my personal interest, budget and safety first and foremost. I will be returning again if I have further needs.
