I had a mysterious engine light sequence come on randomly. My sense was that it was an intermittent electrical problem. The experts at SFCS weren't thrown off by my amateur ideas, and they used a couple of sophisticated techniques to track down the real issue: a faulty purge valve in the fuel vapor flow. The team at SFCS is great, and solved a hard-to-trace fault that had been bugging me for a long time. Highly recommended.

Generally very good service, the guy explained every detail to me very patiently. My car performed quite well after the service. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the price is way too high than I expected. I bought my 2015 Smart Car for $7000 one year ago, the service cost me more than $1000, although there were lots of issues to be solved. I still think it's too much.
