My first visit to this place. I was very impressed with the service and the communication via phone and/or email. We were longtime customers at Larry's Autoworks and after they closed unexpectedly, we needed to find a new place to take our Golf for maintenance/repairs. We are happy customers and will definitely bring our car there again in the future!

From start to finish you guys shined and made it obvious why you've been "Diamond Certified" for 11 Consecutive Years..... From my phone call last week to enquire about bringing my car in; To our meeting this morning (and I was a bit late) and you guys were really friendly, obviously passionate about what you do and chill; You explained your "1-2-3 System" to me and gave me a preliminary estimate, promising to call me with your findings; Then, sent me to your "neighbor" who could take care of my Smog Certificate before you even got started; Next, you called (as you said you would) with important findings and your recommendations of important (#1) things to take care of on this visit; Your Courtesy Shuttle to and from my house; Going over your findings with me when I arrived back at your office; Your fair/reasonable prices (and discount on my oil change); and lastly your warm and friendly, "greeter" and mascot! Honestly, I'd put off calling anyone for several months since my mechanics had closed up shop to retire (I was in shock and didn't think I'd find anyone as friendly, professional, reasonable and helpful as they were -- And I was wrong!) and you guys made it so easy!! THANK YOU!! doesn't seem to cover my gratitude for all you did for me (and my car) today -- You really made my day, and you'll be seeing me again. :)
