My first time here, after going to Larry's Autoworks for many years. A favorable first impression.

I have driven BMWs since 1969 and have never had better service - both technically and personally. They have access to BMW tools and know how to use them. Add their experience and an accommodating approach to customer's needs and you have what is likely the best independent BMW service and repair facility in the Bay Area. A reassuring experience.

Knowledgeable reasonable friendly

I had a major repair performed on my Subaru last week and I tell you, I would not take my car anywhere else for repairs. These guys professionalism, thoroughness, knowledge and my trust in them that my car is in good hands is what keeps me coming back. I recommend these guys to my family and friends whenever I can.

These guys are awesome. I unfortunately had to do a very expensive repair, which is always painful, but Matthew explained everything to us in a way we could understand, and was very communicative during the whole process. The car works great now. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
