I had always taken my Mercedes to the dealership for maintenance but always felt upsold and come to find out never rotated my tires. After my one service at Sunnyvale Foreign Car Service it was pointed out that the dealership was not taking car of my vehicle at all but charging me for services never performed. SFCS is honest and I wont take my car anywhere else! Thank you!!

Best shop I've ever brought my Subaru to. Staff are super friendly and knowledgable, and they always take the time to explain what they're doing to my car in a way that's understandable. They really go above-and-beyond with taking care of their customers and their customers' cars. Also, they don't use "scare tactics" as a way of upselling you on unnecessary work, which I, as a woman, really appreciate. Plus, they have the cutest shop dog in the business!

Always the best service anywhere. I came in with a brake issue and left feeling confident that I will be safe on the road again. They were able to determine that the brake work done at the dealership was not done properly, thus leading to more costly repairs for me, but I am very confident the work was done right this time. As usual, their super-knowledge of everything vehicle related keeps me coming back. They not only do it right the first time, they get you in and out quickly. They realize that your time is valuable and they treat you like royalty.

Excellent best-in-breed service and professional competence. I took a prospective private-purchase vehicle to the shop for a mechanic's opinion before finalizing my purchase. I received initial feedback prior to a deep dive. Upon completion of the inspection, I received a full written report with sufficient depth and detail to assist in my decision making. The inspection was completed at exactly the time promised, and the price was reasonable. The people there (specifically Tom and Ivan) were courteous, friendly, and very competent. They obviously enjoy what they do because they do it very well. I would not hesitate for one second to take my vehicle to this place for repairs.
