Sunnyvale Auto Repair

Thank you to all the employees of Sunnyvale foreign car service and especially to Tom who helped me greatly with my Lexus that had been nonoperational for 4 years. I read an article in the Town Crier here in Los Altos about this shop and I was very impressed. I also checked all the reviews and all the comments gave this shop 5 stars. I, too am very impressed with the kind of work these employees do and I highly recommend them to all my friends. They repaired whatever needed to be done, got my car smogged and in good running order.

I needed new wiper blades (3). I was told on the phone they would be there at noon. I came in at 3, I was helped immediately, and in 10 minutes I was out of there with 3 new blades (the car has a rear wiper too). Couldn't ask for better than this!!

Took the Subaru in because of the Check Engine light. Matt and company looked at the code, and examined the possible causes and explained it all to me. I didn't understand it all, but they replaced the Mass Airflow Sensor and all is well. Thanks guys.

As usual....I was taken care of with courtesy and respect in a timely fashion. Our Subaru is a main family car and I am grateful for the security of knowing it's well maintained for the sake of all my kids!

When I called for service, they took my Subaru in the same day and checked everything for me. They also let me know what was needed and the cost. I feel I can completely trust them to keep my older Subaru running safely.

I've trusted these guys with my 2000 Subie Outback for more than a decade, ever since they diagnosed and fixed a problem that stumped other mechanics. In the meantime, they've saved me money...not only by keeping the car running well as it approaches 300k, but by doing things like repairing the central differential in a clever way that didn't involve dropping the transmission, which is the standard approach and WAY more labor intensive. Totally honest, incredibly competent, and nice guys to boot.
