They are very thorough, detailed, and quick to provide options - critical fixes needed vs. potential problems they see coming. They maintain detailed diagnostics for review whenever I have an issue, or have a maintenance need. Their immediate response to phone or online service requests make it very efficient for quick turnaround times, particularly when I'm traveling on business and need to arrive home to a functioning car. Took my urban 4x4 with 140K in for a routine oil change. Always good to know that Matt and his team are watching out for anything unusual, as I do sometimes end up deep in the woods and I don't want to get stuck w/ something breaking. On my prior visit, they discovered the radiator was leaking so I'm glad they caught that. On this particular visit, nothing else showed up wrong other than a dirty air filter. And they were very up front about my front brakes being ok for now and til the next oil change, but not much after that, so at least I know if I go on a long road trip, I may need to get the brakes replaced. Thanks guys for keeping my vehicle going and watching out for issues!!
