I am always able to get in right away. They explain everything to me so I understand what they are doing to my car and why. They also give me options to wait on things that are not critical, but I can know to monitor them and be prepared for the expense in the future. They staff is always friendly and polite. I don't live in Mountain View anymore, but it is worth the drive to go to a mechanic I trust.

They explain what work needs to be done and if there is work that needs to be done at some point in the future they give me the heads up so I can prepare and monitor the situation. Great service. I asked to bring my car in the next day, as I was worried about taking a trip. Matt not only got me in early, but had my car ready in an hour. He had advice about things to watch for and things that would probably be OK. Before this, I had taken my car exclusively to Lexus. Sunnyvale Auto is much more convenient. The process at Lexus to drop off a car is around 40 min., vs 5 min. at Sunnyvale Auto. The process to pick up your car is around 20 min. plus, vs 1 min. at Sunnyvale Auto.

Always honest, full of helpful information, and provide lots of thoughtful services as part of their standard package. Definitely earned my loyalty as a customer.

Whenever we plan to take a car long trip, I have my very old CRV serviced at Sunnyvale Foreign Car because they do an outstanding job. They call me before any additional service needs to be done to obtain my approval. After the job is done, they thoroughly explain any questions that I have in regards to the bill. I've been going to Sunnyvale Foreign Car service for many years and I really trust Matt and the team to keep my family's cars running reliably. They always take the time to explain what is needed in plain English and help me understand priorities so that I can service my cars within my budget. Took in my 1999 BMW, to get it checked out, they correctly diagnosed the issue, ordered the replacement part, and corrected the issue for about half of what the dealer quoted. Super impressed with the work, delivered on time and for less than I was originally quoted by Matt.
