The team was really excellent. We had the primary water pump on our 2007 Camry Hybrid replaced. Tom and my husband had a great time talking about the details and other car topics. They quoted a time and price for completion and met them both. The Sunnyvale Foreign Car Service is everything a good automotive service should be. These folks should underline "Service" in their name because they focus on quality work and providing the best service possible to the customer.

Tom is the best! He answered all of my questions through multiple phone conversations and made me feel lmportant. My car was fixed in a timely manner and I was kept informed of the progress without having to call. They called ME! Tom assured me that they would use genuine Volkswagon parts and he showed me the broken part when I came in to get my car. They're clearly a business that is run with integrity and work to make the customer feel valued. There is a reason they get 5 star reviews on Yelp.
