SOS...and it's excellent SOS. :) As my previous reviews and all the other 400+ reviews have said in short "Excellent service, Excellent knowledge and explanation of work to be done, high integrity, and honesty." That about sums it up every time. AND it's not just the Matt or Tom, but everyone - right down to the guy who cleans the toilet!! :) um, that might be Matt, but anyway, you get what I mean. Thanks guys!

I've been getting my cars serviced at SFCS for a few years, and I am very happy with the service and quality of the work. The type of work has varied from oil changes to exhaust manifold gaskets and suspension control arm replacements, for example. If you have questions they will go in detail explaining the problem, and they will rank the problems in order of their need to be addressed so you have options of fixing the most urgent things first. They are very accommodating as far as scheduling. My last visit was for an urgent problem, and they were able to take a look the same day I called. Their service is not cheap, but I prefer them to the dealership. I have never had a bad experience with SFCS. The staff is very friendly, and I am very satisfied with their work.

This is a great shop. It was easy to schedule an appointment. My car takes special trans fluid and filter, which they keep in stock. Most German car shops don't. Drop off was quick and easy. The car was done on time and was returned to me clean! The service cost about half of what it would have cost at the dealer.

We've been missing Sunnyvale Foreign Car Service - this visit was a great reminder why. We used to take our Volkswagons here and received great service and trustworthy interactions every time. Then we bought a Toyota and took the pre-paid service option from the dealer. Now, with our Honda, we're back (and wishing we had a reason to take our Toyota here as well). Thanks for the consistently great, warm, professional, knowledgeable service!

Thank you very much for cheking up my BMW X3 today. I was really impressed by the way Tom served the customer who was not familiar with the car like me . With his faithful style of service all my concerns are gone and I'm confident to drive my car every day. Thank you very much for making my day happier.

Great service as usual.

After suffering through several mildly horrible experiences with tire shops, I decided to try a new tack: order the tires from The TireRack and have them balanced and mounted by myself. TireRack simplified my plan by listing a half dozen or shops they recommended. I whittled the list down to two and, in the end, decided the one I did not go with would be just plain overkill, although the guy I spoke with there, a fellow named Dave, was awfully nice. As it turned out, I couldn't've been happier with my choice. Matt was courteous, laid back and totally professional. The shop is neater than a pin! And the work they did was top notch. Though I was a tad apprehensive they'd go over the estimate; if fact, they actually charged me a little less than their quoted price. Of course, I'd go back there. I've even written to both TireRack and Michelin to let them know how pleased I was with how the operation went--seamlessly--and how much I'm looking forward to being able to purchase the two tires I have not yet bought.

These guys do a great job, don't overdo, and stand by their work. It's really nice to be able to trust your car mechanic to tell you the truth about what your car needs, and what you can put off.
