This place is fantastic! No one wants car issues, but it does happen. The great thing about Sunnyvale Foreign Car Service is that when you need help, they help. I don't have to worry about anything when I go there. They are super friendly and informative. They have saved me time and money. I am so over going to the dealership to get car service done. This place is wonderful!

Matt particularly was very helpful in walking me through his assessment of what state my car was in, what was needed at the time, and what options I had. I really appreciate the open communication. Update May 3, 2013: this time our BMW 530i had a really unusual problem. A resistor on the blower unit was overheating when the AC was switched on. The resistor was actually setting the cabin air filter on fire. Matt and Tom figured out the problem and fixed it, charging us a price low enough that we decided to keep the car a while longer. Great work, terrific communications, and a price that worked for us.

Hands down this place is AMAZING across the board. The staff is friendly and efficient. The mechanics knowledgeable and thorough. I took my Mazda to them and they were very helpful in explaining what my car needed and how we were going to get it all done. Turnaround times were also great. I cannot say how much I appreciate the care and concern that they have taken with my car and my safety when driving it.
