I recently brought my car in for brake work. Tom was clear and straightforward in giving me a quote beforehand and keeping me posted while the work was being done. His system of keeping track of upcoming maintenance items and rating them with a numerical scale (e.g., 1 = needed immediately, 2 = within 10,000 miles, etc) is very helpful.

Sunnyvale Foreign Car Service was great - they were extremely professional and honest throughout my service. All issues with my car were explained in detail and I was given guidance on what were "must fixes" and what could be more of a "watch item". I would recommend any of my friends to use these guys!

As usual, great service. They changed the oil in my car, and they also inspected it. They ranked the items that needed service by priority, and they gave me some options.

My car is 16 years old and through the years, Matthew has taken good care of it. He made some suggestions on things that needed to be done, which I reluctantly heeded and had done. We're both very happy that we did do them. Now we feel that my car is safe and humming, so I can keep driving it.
