My classic Volvo requires specialized knowledge and capability, and if it werent for these smart experts, I would not have been able to remain on the road with my much-loved vehicle. So whether you have a late model car, a classic like mine, or anything in between, SFCS is the place to bring it for service that you can totally rely on, in an atmosphere of clear communication and congenial interactions. I called at 7:30am to have my cars headlight replaced. They check to see if they had the parts which they did and told me to come in as soon as I could. I got in there at 8 oclock and was out by 8:45. They always give me outstanding service as soon as they possibly can.

While I did not get my car repaired here- I called asking for a quote and the person who answered was kind, knowledgeable and advised me that my car issue may be under a warranty I had no idea existed. They could have said "yeah come in and pay for a diagnostic" and I would have been none the wiser. I really appreciate the honesty of customer service that I experienced.

Fantastic service and awesome crew!

I bought tires from tire rack for my 06 corvette z06, and tire rack recommended them to me for mounting and alignment, however after talking to Matt, he said they were not comfortable working on my car, but were more than happy to refer me to another shop and helped me drop off my tires to that shop since it would not fit in my car. So although I did not get my car worked on by them, I am very happy with the help and attitude, I took a look at the shop and the environment is very clean and organized. If I ever switched to a foreign car I know who I am going to! Thanks again Matt

We took our 2015 VW Passat in for service. A spring was broken under the horn activator. Result: no horn and the airbag light was on. About $1k to fix. But they discovered this was a defect and VW would fix it for free. How often do you find a place that saves you $1k voluntarily?

These folks are the absolute best. Honest, communicate clearly, give choices, and nice people.

Im the original owner of a 2014 Subaru Forester, driven it for 107,000 miles - and been coming to Sunnyvale Car Service for nearly all of that time. Ive always appreciated their excellent service and exacting know-how, about Subarus in particular. My most recent service was another example of their expertise in analyzing and identifying an air flow meter problem, and replacing it accordingly. For that and many other reasons, I heartily recommend them to any potential customer!
