My second time around, I am still impressed at the level of professionalism and friendly customer service I experienced. I think it's great that the mechanics will take the time to explain what services they completed on your vehicle and teach you about how your car can be more efficient. You certainly wouldn't get this level of service at the dealership.

I have been coming here since I've lived in mtn view - over seven years. SFCS always explains in detail each problem. They give you the estimate of cost and time up front and the work is superior! They are very honest and tell you if your car really needs the service or if you can wait. A long time ago I had an oil change done at one of those jiffy lube places - it was horrible! They jammed the wrong size filter in and it leaked everywhere. I will only take my car to SFCS from now on. Also, matt's mom is so sweet and will give you a courtesy ride after you drop off your car. It is a great family atmosphere with real knowledgable people.

My 325CI was fixed on time and the work was done to the highest quality.
