I was having problems with the transmission on my 7-series BMW and since I was near the dealership, stopped there. They told me I needed a new transmission. I called Matt and he told me to bring him the car before I made any decisions. They discovered it was the traction control switch on the dash board. I had accidentally activated it. Matthew is the greatest but has the annoying habit of marching the customer all over the shop to find every bit and piece that was removed during service or repair. My wife was late for work one morning as Matthew insisted on lecturing her on the state of warped brake discs and inflexible fuel injector O-rings (my wife's mechanical knowledge is limited to the identication of basic car elements - tires, steering wheel, etc. I once had to walk behind the shop so that Matthew could dig through the trash to find my old timing belt. Anyway, this is the best shop I've ever found.
