Once again, the Sunnyvale Foreign Car Service people have worked wonders to keep my aging Honda Odyssey going! This time it was fixing a frozen door lock--without any available spare parts from the manufacturer (or anyone else). Thank you for diagnosing and fixing the problem.

I was in touch with Tom and Bob. I requested a complete vehicle inspection with the freedom to replace any necessary part. Bob assisted me in explaining in detail what needed to replace and why at a VW sedan and when would be the recommendation for the next maintenance for each part. I ended up changing engine oil and filter, removing and replacing spark plugs, and draining & refilling automatic transmission fluid. Their measured brake pads' thickness and checked cabin air filters, which there was no need to replace; SFCS just mentioned the air filters were starting to get dirty. It is the second time we have taken this car to regular maintenance at SFCS. Excellent service, very honest and friendly team.
