They did a great job and took the time to explain everything to me and even show me some of the old parts. Super friendly and responsive and had all the BMW factory parts and tools. I’ve definitely found my new shop!

As has always been the case, the work to be done was explained in detail. We were having a problem with one of the windows, and the likely cause was discussed along with the diagnostics that needed to be performed. When the call came to say that the car was ready, we were told what had been done to fix the problem as well as what might have to be done if the fix did not hold.

Thanks for taking the time to write the review. Sorry we were unable to duplicate the problem with the window. If the pitch protection gives you anymore problem in the future let us know. Thanks again.

Matt and his team is very knowledgeable and experienced, I found out. He explained to me everything about the work he did on my car. Not a lot of people do that. One of things was an oil change and the car is noticeable smoother to drive now. Thanks :) And the icing on the cake is Xander. Their Golden Retreiver. Goodest boy ever. :D
