I appreciate the excellent service I received at Sunnyvale Foreign Car. My car was in for routine service. The mechanics found that some of the recommended work did not need to be done at this time. I appreciate their honesty and excellent customer service. They also provided me a ride to my home which was very pleasant and helpful.

The experience turned out to be a much bigger event than we thought to begin with but the car had not been serviced in 2 years. Thomas handled the whole thing very professionally and kept us well informed about all the discoveries along the way. This was our first service here after many years at the dealer and we were very pleased. Will be repeat customers!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - FRIENDLY - HONEST || Brought my Chevy Equinox in for an estimate on an alternator replacement, they took in my car even though it was not a foreign make. Their quote was out of my budget at the moment, but not an unfair price at all. I decided to handle it on my own and they had a great attitude about it. They even charged my battery for me so I could drive my car home. Didn't charge me for the diagnosis or the battery charge at all. I was thoroughly impressed by their customer service. Didn't get service this time but I will definitely be back in the future to have my Honda serviced.
