Sunnyvale Foreign Car Service was recommended numerous times by family members. Today, I finally made the switch from dealership automotive service to Foreign Car Service. I am impressed with the level of transparency and interaction which the team expressed on this April 9, 2021. Bob greeted me as the doors opened at 0730 PDT. Being the first customer on site, I took the opportunity to inquire about my upcoming service and Bob patiently answered all my questions. While waiting for the service to complete, Bob dropped by a couple of times to provide status updates. He went out of his way to explain the different types of oil, climate and other conditions to consider. The service was completed in less than an hour, and I felt assured that quality work was performed. This is my key requirement. I am looking for mechanic and service shop which is trustworthy and transparent. I am glad that I have found it at Sunnyvale Foreign Car service where I don't feel like just another number waiting in line. Thank you team!
