Outstanding customer service. Great communication, trustworthy, the mechanics really know their stuff. You pay a little more, but I'm really happy that that I know that the repairs are done correctly and that everyone is 100% honest and customer-oriented. I always feel like I'm taking my car to a trusted family friend who knows what they're doing inside and out. Everyone is so patient and willing to explain things in plain english, and without a hint of condescension. For this last visit, Thomas & the crew gracefully made space in a busy week to rescue me from an unplanned emergency. I only have wonderful things to say about the whole team.

Wonderful and professional service. They know my car well as I’m a regular customer, it’s like Im going in for a medical exam, everything’s on their computer and they know what my car needs such as brakes, filters, tire rotation, oil change, etc. Over the years i have grown to trust their work and recommendations.
