I came to Sunnyvale to get a price for replacement of my Forester's rear wheel bearings. Tom's quote was about 20% less than the dealer's and he was very knowledgeable about the car - so I had him proceed. He held to his quote exactly and the work was done promptly, and I have since driven the car and the roaring sound has disappeared. In short Sunnyvale's service and pricing were excellent, and as a result I plan to have them service my Forester in the future.

Good job evaluating what needed to be done to maintain my Mini, didn't come up with a long list of additional stuff to run up the bill. Matthew took time to explain everything that they did.

Had a great experience taking my car here. I was surprised by the service, they were prompt in getting my coolant issue fixed and very professional in clearly explained everything they have done. I usually do not like to go to a service center just because I have to deal with dealers pushing me to get additional services done for the car. It was a straightforward and to the point.
