Best experience I've ever had taking a car in for service. Thank you, Matthew and team! Matthew explained everything so thoroughly to me and treated me as an equal. I got a nice education from him about brake fluid, cabin filters and the like. He suggested things that should be replaced now and things that I could wait to replace later. Bonus points for Zander, the shop dog (golden retriever) who rolls onto his back so you can scratch his belly when you walk into the office. We'll be back!

It was my first time there, and I was very happy with the service. Everybody was very nice. They did a great job diagnosing the problem. Matt explained to me what was going on, and what it was needed. I think they are very reliable. I will keep taking my car there.

I came to Sunnyvale to get a price for replacement of my Forester's rear wheel bearings. Tom's quote was about 20% less than the dealer's and he was very knowledgeable about the car - so I had him proceed. He held to his quote exactly and the work was done promptly, and I have since driven the car and the roaring sound has disappeared. In short Sunnyvale's service and pricing were excellent, and as a result I plan to have them service my Forester in the future.
