We've been bringing our cars here for several years and this most recent maintenance visit makes it clear why we keep coming back to Sunnyvale Foreign Car Service. 1) Tom and Matt do excellent work. Not just once, but consistently over years. 2) They maintain our records over time so when a question comes up like, should we replace the battery or not, they have more context. In this recent visit, the battery was at 9.8 volts which indicates that the answer is no, since it's higher than the minimal 9.6 volts. But Matt could see that we bought it in 2012 and he knows the statistics for battery life, so, we decided to go ahead and replace it, rather than risk being stranded somewhere. It's always like this with these guys. They always help me evaluate the tradeoffs between maintaining my car, staying safe, and keeping my budget.

I always trust Matt to provide the highest level of detail and honesty about what my care needs.

Great Experience all around. Love the online appointment and the quick response. Then once on site, the team is all about creating a great customer experience. Knowledgeable, informative, responsive, personable, and best of all my car is back on the road in less than a day. Hope my car behaves for awhile, but if anything happens, I will head right back to Sunnyvale Foreign Car Service!!
